Animals may just be some of the funniest and most laughed at subjects that exist. People spend hours watching "funny cats" on youtube, generating up to almost 2 billion views total! So why not start a competition for the funniest photos of animals and wildlife ever taken, especially when it comes to a good cause!
Founded by Tom Sullam and Paul Joynson-Hicks, this will be the competitions fourth year. The entries for the 2018 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards are starting to come and they have already released some of the funniest submissions so far. The annual competition aims to “raise awareness of wildlife conservation through the power of laughter.”
This year's overall winner will be awarded the title "2018 Comedy Wildlife Photographer of the Year," along with a trophy and a prize of a one-week safari in Kenya for two people! What an amazing opportunity!
You still have a chance to enter!
Entries close on June 30, 2018!
